What business verification means

Businesses on Print Exchange can optionally submit registration details, GST information, address, authorised representative details, and supporting documents for review. Print Exchange staff review this information and, where approved, display a badge on the business's profile and listings.

Verification confirms only the specific business information reviewed by Print Exchange at the time of verification. It does not guarantee machine condition, ownership, pricing, future conduct or transaction completion.

What Print Exchange is — and isn't

Print Exchange provides a platform for discovery and direct communication. Negotiation, inspection, payment and completion of transactions take place independently between the participating printers.

Print Exchange is not a party to any transaction and does not handle negotiation, inspection, payment, transportation, installation, documentation or dispute resolution between printers.

The badges

• Email Verified — the account holder confirmed control of their registered email via a one-time password.
• Mobile Verified — the business's mobile number was reviewed and confirmed by Print Exchange.
• GST Verified — the GST information submitted was reviewed by Print Exchange.
• Verified Business — Print Exchange reviewed the business's registration, address, and authorised representative details in full.

Badges are only ever assigned by Print Exchange staff after review of submitted information — they cannot be self-assigned, and are removed immediately if a verification is suspended.
